Our technicians's report that most problems associated with HEI systems are loose or poor connections. The low voltage systems on today's cars and trucks require perfect loss-free voltage connections to communicate with the system control computer.
After making sure the clients problem is not a wiring connection issue our technician then completely dissembles the unit.
After a through cleaning of all metal parts the shaft and housing is checked with precision measuring equipment and any bushing or bearing not within specification are replaced as needed.
